As Spring Full of Performance
Lyric Theatre Hamilton is proud to start the new spring season with some electrifying new performances. From dance to burlesque, we will have creative programming for all ages.
Starting in the first week of April Dave Wilson and the Dancers from McMaster Dance Company will visit The Lyric for their annual dance showcase. It will feature pieces of contemporary and urban dance choreographed by students and fellow collaborators.
In the third week of April The Lyric is delighted to welcome Shelley Marshall back into our theatre for a 2 night performance of Shelley’s infamous Full Bawdy Comedy Show. These popular shows will feature music, burlesque, circus and stand up.
Finally, we start the month of May with Artword’s revival of Tobacco Troubadour. This coming-of-age musical based on the songs of J.P. (Paul) Riemens is written and directed by Ronald Weihs. This tender love story features inspiring and electrifying songs and storytelling. Don’t miss your chance to catch this entertaining and original show.
