Seating
The Lyric Theatre offers seating for its performances based on the type of performance, number of expected guests and the comfort of our patrons. The types of arrangement generally fall into three categories: General Admission, Reserved Cabaret Table Seating, and Reserved Theatre Seating.

• General Admission (GA)
• Reserve Cabaret Seating at Tables (RS Tables)
• Reserve Seating in a Theatre Arrangement (R)

General Admission (GA)
A General Admission show at the Lyric gives us the flexibility to provide either table, theatre, or standing depending on the particular show. Sometimes our GA shows have a combination of tables and theatre seating. Sometimes we have rows in the front and standing/dancing areas. For some shows where there is dancing, we reserve the right to have less seats on the floor than there are people in the room. Please call the box office if you have questions regarding a particular show's seating arrangement.

NOTE: "General Admission shows do not have reserved seating." We reserve the right to rearrange or remove General Admission seating to accommodate standing room or space for dancing.

Cabaret Style (CS)
This is the Lyric's most intimate seating arrangement, guaranteeing tables on the floor. Total seating capacity is 180 people for shows using cabaret table seating. Tables seat 6 people. Tables are identified by 'Letter'. When buying seats at tables, you are not reserving a particular seat at that table. Rather, you are reserving space at the table. Unless you are reserving an entire table, plan on making friends with others at your table. Occasionally there are also a very limited number of General Admission "standing room" seats also available at the rear of the venue for Cabaret Style seated shows.

Theatre Style (TS)
For more popular events theater style seating increases the capacity by removing the tables. Theatre style reserve seats are sold by individual row and seat. Occasionally there are also a very limited number of General Admission "standing room" seats also available.

Picking-up tickets
Unless you choose to have your tickets mailed to you for an additional $5.00 mailing charge, all tickets at Lyric Theatrel are will-call tickets. It means that you will pick-up your tickets at the door prior to the performance. Upon successfully purchasing tickets, you will receive an email confirmation. PRINT AND SAVE this confirmation. Bring the confirmation to the show as proof you have purchased tickets. Only this email is proof of your purchase. If you choose to have tickets mailed to you, please allow 7-10 days for delivery. We offer and highly recommend online ticket purchases and print-at-home tickets.

Sold Out shows
Yes, if a performance is posted as SOLD OUT, it is true that there aren't any tickets available through the Lyric Theatre. We do not have a waiting list. We do not sell tickets to third-party ticketing vendors. We do not buy-back tickets already sold, and we cannot resell tickets for people who do not show up.

Sometimes tickets become available because an artist doesn't use the complimentary tickets given to them. This is the only situation in which we may have tickets at the last minute for shows that are advertised as sold out. The only way to get them is to arrive when doors open and hope you get lucky. We won't oversell our shows so please don't ask us to.

We have a Facebook and Twitter page on our web site for people to resell tickets to other patrons. This is a convenience to our patrons and we regularly police these pages. Anyone trying to sell tickets for more than the price they paid will have their tickets forfeited. All transactions through these social media pages are the responsibility of the buyer and seller, and not the Lyric Theatre.

Performances start & length of shows
Evening performances start at 8:00pm unless otherwise indicated. Most performances consist of two acts/sets in the length of 45-60 minutes, with a 20 minute break between acts. This is only a guideline and each performance varies.

We also offer matinee performances. For matinees, doors open at 1:00 p.m. with most performances beginning at 2:00 p.m. Matinee performances are between 2:00-4:30pm and usually run the full length with a single intermission. This is only a guideline and each matinee varies.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
What if I cannot attend a show that I have purchased tickets for?

We fully recognize that sometimes life throws us a curveball and are aware of the fact that it stinks to buy tickets that you find yourself stuck with. Having said that, all sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges for purchased tickets unless the show has been rescheduled or cancelled.

If you cannot attend a show but would like someone else to pick-up your will-call tickets, they will need your email confirmation to do so. You are welcome to try and resell your tickets on our Lyric Facebook page  or our Twitter page for face value if you so choose.

Ultimately, tickets purchased are the responsibility of the purchaser. By providing us with your credit card information, you are purchasing the tickets. Cancellations will be accepted up to 48 hours prior to the performance and refunds will be processed, minus a charge of $2.50 per ticket. No cancellations will be accepted within 48 hours of the performance and thus no refunds issued.
